Artic Aircon manufactures Automatic Mould Temperature Controllers. It is of compact design. It is suitable for high performance heating units of water and thermal oil. HVAC and other process equipment are available. Features: low operating noise with quiet pump; accurate digital temperature controller makes possible speedy and precise temperature controlling; easy to operate control panel; equipped with transparent sight glass allows easy monitoring of liquid level in reservoir for refilling from time to time; efficient gear pump for steady flow and long service life; excellent insulation improves efficiency and also saves energy; direct heating and indirect cooling system ensures efficient control of mould temperature in a set range so that the finished product appear fine and perfect; portable for convenient location near moulding machine; and standard high temperature hoses (2 m long x 4) provided as optional accessory. Merits: improves productivity up to 20% approx; facilitates large flow and high pressure in minute parts of mould channel enabling uniform mould temperature distribution; minimum reject rates at production start up; better cavity filling behaviour in thin weak sections; and ideal for injection moulding, pressure die casting, extrusion processing, etc.
