The Oil Cooler is constructed with highly reliable compressors, condensers, evaporator coils and temperature controllers. The operating efficiency and accuracy expected from this machine is possible only when the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the power pack is kept under control. Normally 35?C to 40?C oil temperature is to be maintained for continuous smooth operation of any machine tool. The specially designed refrigeration type oil cooler helps in the maintenance of required temperature in oil sumps. This oil cooler is available in three types: self- contained pumping system, shell and tube type and immersion type.
Oil Cooler is used to cool hydraulic power packs connected to CNC machines, SPMs, plastic-moulding machines, die casting machines, hydraulic presses, spindle head cooling and component quenching.
