Magnetic Coolant Saprater

Amba Engineering Works offers Magnetic Coolant Saprater, which is designed to filter ferrous and non-ferrous particles from water soluble cutting oil, neat cutting oil and all other special made cutting oils. This coolant comes with a filtering capacity of 50 L.P.M. to 500 L.P.M. The contaminated coolant is first passed through the magnetic filter separates almost 90% of the ferrous particles. The filter paper is automatically pulled forward as soon as certain pre desired weigh comes on filter paper & float switch triggers ‘on’. The gearbox is designed for continuous trouble free working for years. These coolants are used where high degree of purification is required and its increases sump life of cutting oil. It also improves the surface finish of the components produced.
