Jet Cooling Towers

Armec offers Jet Cooling Towers. These are made of heavy MS angle, tee and channel sections lined with FRP. The towers are in fact cooling towers minus fans and fills and operate on the "water jet principle". These are ideal for the sugar industry, offer specific advantages over the traditional spray ponds, mist ponds and conventional fan type cooling towers. The jet towers perform most efficiently and effectively and are suitable for all climatic conditions. The louvers are moulded FRP and are fixed to the structure with glassed filled nylon nuts and bolts. In order to increase the strength and stability of jet towers the louvers are arranged in "ring type" patterns. The jet towers incur minimum civil construction cost in comparison with fan type cooling towers or mist ponds. Jet towers demand minimum maintenance, as they comprise of "no moving parts" and do not require any fan power to induce air. The various advantages offered by jet towers make them the obvious choice in the modern industrial energy saving era, due to the economy they offer without compromising on quality.
