Industrial man coolers

Abbott Air Systems offers industrial man coolers. The impeller is the most critical part of man cooler as it is designed on most effective aerodynamic design dates. The impeller blows more the draft of air with lesser motor HP than any other fans in the country. It is cast in aluminium alloy with smooth surface, which takes care of constant flow of air to the required direction. It throws a powerful air blast at a longer distance. It has six blades and is duly machined within close tolerance for proper fitment on the shaft of the motor. These fans are caged in rigid structure casing, which protects the accidents of the high speed rotating fan blades. In case of column mounted man coolers and pedestal man coolers the cage is welded out of steel strips and thick wire gauge with close pitch. In case of tubular man coolers, the impeller and the motor are caged in a casing of mild steel plate with flanges and having an arrangement too tilt on a rigid structure pipe stand. Tilting arrangement is provided for all the man coolers so that the direction of air can be fixed as per the requirement. Also provided are isolator pads between the motor and mounting plate. Motors used are of suitable rating and manufactured by standard companies like Kirloskar, Crompton GEC or NGEF (3-phase, V AC, 50 Hz TEFC motor).
