Immersion Type Coolers

Warkin Equipments designs and manufactures refrigerated immersion type coolers in technical collaboration with BKW of germany. The uncontrolled rise in temperalures of cooling media used in the highly sensitive machines or process leads to deformation of components and products. The cooling units are so designed that the evaporator coils can be simply immersed in the media and cooling is affected by direct contact. The compact design occupies very little space. Steel, copper or stainless steel coils can be supplied to suit different applications. Cooling process is through refrigeration system using reputed makers' hermetic compressor controls and electronic temperature controllers. These coolers are available in various capacities ranging from 900 kcal/hr to 15,000 kcal/hr.
