Cooling Control Systems

Borli Group Spa offers a Cooling Control System, MCS1. It is used for low pressure casting moulds, steel moulds, low pressure casting, and aluminium foundries. It allows management of mould cooling without adjusting the electrical system and low pressure machine control system. It uses air and/or water for each outgoing line. It displays the fluid flow rates with graduated flow meters. The system controls the process by time or with thermal regulation. It minimizes the space required for installation tanks to its modular construction. Technical specification: power supply (220V), circuits number (8/16), relays outputs (16/32), user interface panel has 4x20 characters, work procedure is by time or by temperature control, activation of circuits according to settable parameters, and storable recipes 10 (may be loaded from operator display).
