Borli Group Spa offers a Furnace Pressure Control System, BPS2. It is composed of a proportional command valve, analogic pressure transducer and regulating instrument. Setting cycles with eight fields of pressure variation is possible. PID control and automatic compensation of the reduction of the metal level are available in the furnace. Graphic display of work conditions and the deviation of the real furnace pressure from the theoretical value. File containing 20 recipes that is loaded and modified from the display. Valve is proportional with pneumatic actuator, instrument is of 96x96 mm (1/4DIN) for flush fitting in the panel, regulation is PID, display is graphic and power supply is from 100 to 240 VAC 50Hz.
