Chillers, Compact Type

Prasad GWK Cooltech manufactures compact chillers in collaboration with GWK, Germany. Series Weco L, W and K are, due to their excellent quality and efficiency, suitable for a wide range of applications, where process heat has to be transferred in a defined way. Though compact in size, the chillers are equipped with large size components. Microprocessor controllers guarantee exact temperature control. Environment friendly, non-polluting refrigerants are used. Depending on applications, units are designed either with one pump and a water tank or two pumps and a divided water tank. Typical applications include: cooling of moulds in areas of plastics production; transfer of process heat for all kinds of material processing; oil and emulsion cooling for machines and plants for material processes; cooling of plants for thermal material processes; re-condensation, eg, of solvents in surface treatment and cooling of galvanizing plants, coating machines, etc; transfer of reaction or process heat in process technology plants in the chemical industry; and, cooling of equipment in medicine and laboratory technology. All three series chillers are packed with a host of standard and optional features.
