Prashant Texmach presents a high speed, fast-knit braiding machine, in association with Rius, Spain. It is suitable for the production of round, tubular or flat cords, ropes revetments, ornaments, elastic materials, shoelaces, etc. The braider is noiseless and can be fed directly from bobbins or cones. It can be fed with stuffer core. In case of yarn breakage or end of cones, motion stops. A range of diameters, from 2 to 12.5 mm, can be made by means of interchangeable cylinders and thread guides. Any quality, type or count of yarn can be used. An automatic metre counter, spooling device, thermosetting system and rubber feeder are all optional. Prashant also offers crochet and laces knitting machines, high speed needle looms, beam warping machines, and measuring and winding machines.
