Chilled Air Box

It also renders hot gas bypass system to achieve a prefixed constant temperature (accurate to ?0.5?C) and automatic capacity controllers for low power consumption and longer life. The company has introduced a new idea by way of `chilled air box’ for film and multiplayer applications. Basic features: hermetically sealed/semi-sealed compressor from Danfoss or Bitzer; anti-vibration shock absorber for protecting compressor and refrigerant line; design of chiller to accommodate a wide range of temperature to ensure proper suction superheat; design of condenser to operate under high ambient temperature with sufficient sub-cooling; liquid line solenoid valve for pump down cycle and to prevent liquid migration to compressor at start up; thermostatic/electronic expansion valve sensing accurate suction pressure and superheat; low/high pressure gauges and switches; fully interlocked electrical circuit; diagrammatically fitted indicators for operation; status and fault-finding; digitally readout programmable temperature setting and control; phase monitor and `delay & cyclic’ timers; microprocessor based time-temperature interactive control; and excellent structure with powder coated finish.
