The chilling plants are equipped with latest components which include power saving features with scroll compressors and axial flow bird-wing blade which work efficiently and economically, cutting the power bill drastically. These are available in different models to suit applications such as Woven sacks-tape plant-lamination –chilling plant with provision for different temperatures from a single machine; also separate chilled water for quenching tank; Extrusion line – providing several temperatures for vacuum tank, sizer, gearbox, gear oil, etc; Injection moulding chilling plant – provided with corrosion proof SS 304 water line, SS BPHE and SS pressure pump; the high pressure pump prevents mould sweat to some extent at required low temperature; also available dehumidifier for pre-form application, clean room application with required ppm and temperature with AHU and centrifugal blower; Thermoforming and sheet line – different temperatures available with secondary heat exchanger; since the mould contains little water passage, high pressure pump is provided for greater flow; Multilayer application – instead of chilling plant, air chiller suits purposes to supply single pass cool air with the help of a centrifugal blower; and Other applications –different models and provisions are available in the chilling plants for chemicals (titanium coated open type PHE), food processing (low temperature), dairy application (direct expansion, balance tank and peak-load cooling, cold-bank), oil cooling (direct and secondary heat-exchanger), soap and cosmetics (low temperature with antifreeze solution like glycol or brine) etc.
