Scorpio Engineering offers air coolers. These are installed in pneumatic conveying systems to cool the heat of compression in the conveying gas (air). These units are designed as shell and tube heat exchangers and use either cooling tower water or chilled brine as the cooling medium. These units are installed only if hot conveying gas is detrimental to the product being conveyed.
