Air Blast Oil Coolers

Warkin Equipments manufactures air blast oil coolers in technical collaboration with BKW of Germany. The uncontrolled rise in temperature of hydraulic oil, coolant oil and lubricating oil results in reduced efficiency, and thus leads to undesired inaccuracies in machine components. One way of controlling temperature is using air blast oil cooling. The stream of air from the atmosphere is sucked in at the Warkin's specially designed radiator, and is blown out in upward direction. Thus, the heat is carried away with the exhaust and temperature of the oil is maintained with respect to the ambient temperature. In practice it is found that these coolers may cool down oil in just 3-4?C above the ambient temperature. Warkin Equipments designs and manufactures air blast oil coolers in different cooling capacities to suit applications ranging from 2,000 to 15,000 kcal/hour.
