Belcon Engineers offers timing belts for a wide range of industrial applications. It enables synchronous power transmission with high mechanical efficiency. It provides constant and high angular speeds and does not need re-tensioning, lubrication or maintenance. Belt construction comprises of chloroprene rubber body with glass cord tension members and nylon tooth facing Pitches. These are available as MXL, XL, L, HL, H, XH and XXH in classical and 3M, 5M, and 14M in metric. Belts with PU and steel cord are available in T2.5, T5, AT5 T10, AT10, T20 and AT20 pitches. The company also offers timing belts with PU rubber coating, profiles, cleats, etc, for special applications like FFS, labelling, etc. The timing belt drives represents the efficient power transmission system and is replacing traditional roller chain and gear drives. The tooth profile ensures virtually backlash free motion for positioning applications.
