SanRex Japan has introduced a wide range of PK-FG Series thyristor module for line-commutated converters. SanRex has adopted world class Sansha technology to optimise the electrical isolation feature. An alumina substrate, copper coating on both sides with a massive foil, called direct bonded copper is used to isolate active components in use a pack PK FG modules which gives electrical insulation of 3500 V for one second (recommended 2500YAC) This thyristor module is available in current 25 A, 40 A, 55 A, 70 A, 90 A, 110 A and 130 A blocking peak inverse voltage up to 1600 V. SanRex products are characterised through their high qualify reliability in service and obtained the certificate ISO 9002.
