ZKL Bearings offers Bearings. It is used for vibratory machines and equipments. It is radial, double-row, self-aligning spherical-roller bearing provided with a solid, one-piece, rib-type cage of brass MH or with a two-piece, solid brass cage M, both bearings being centered on outer ring. Bearings in standard version are manufactured always with a lubricating groove and with three relubricating holes provided in the outer ring. This manufacturing version is not marked on the bearing. Bearings with a cylindrical bore are exhibiting narrower bore-and outer-diameter tolerances, bearings with a tapered bore K have a narrower outer-diameter, tolerance only. All the bearings are exhibiting an extended radial clearance within the range of C4 which also in the case of these bearings is not specially marked and is equally as centering of the cage and the groove with relubricating holes, incorporated in the joint symbol, D1. The bearings are also manufactured in design version E. The bearings are intended for rough operating conditions, especially for: vibratory machines, shaking screens and grates, vibratory belts, reversing appliances, traction machines, etc.
