Zirconium Silicate Bead
The Zirconium Silicate Bead is a milk white ceramic bead produced by special craftwork formula with a scientific and reasonable productive method. It is basically applied in grinding and dispersal of coating, paint, ink, pigment, dyestuff, titanium dioxide, and magnetic materials. It has an excellent internal crystal structure, with a smooth surface, moderate hardness and excellent impact strength. ZrSiO4 bead is one of the ideals grinding media for ultra fine grinding in high speed stirred mills.
The sizes available are: Combination A: 0.20 to 0.60 mm, 0.60 to1.00 mm, 0.80 to1.25 mm, 1.00 to1.60 mm, 1.25 to 2.00 mm and 1.60 to 2.50 mm. Combination B: 0.60 to 0.80 mm, 0.80 to1.00 mm, 1.00 to1.25 mm, 1.25 to1.6 mm, 1.60 to2.00 mm and 2.00 to 2.50 mm.
