Ahura Consultants offers Phenocoat (white), chlorinated rubber waterproofing paint having outstanding properties and long life in outdoor conditions of at least 7 to 8 years. It is permanently fungus-proof and highly resistant to UV rays in sunlight, rain water, polluting chemicals in the atmosphere, etc. It has a further advantage that it can be tinted to any shade, using standard paint stainers, commonly available in liquid form in the market. Therefore it can be used, not only as a waterproofing paint, but also as a decorative finishing coat, thereby effecting considerable economy. Two coats of this paint over any firm masonry surfaces such as walls, parapets or terraces will serve both as a waterproofing coating, as well as a decorative paint. Leaking bathroom slabs can also be effectively water-proofed with this material. Its coverage is as follows: on smooth surfaces 80 sq ft per litre per coat.
