Shri Mangalam Corporation is a fast growing Indian company specialising in manufacturing PTFE non-stick coatings, perhaps the only company in this field successfully catering to the needs of various industries engaged in the field of cookware, bake ware, iron sole plates, photocopier heater rollers, sandwich toasters, waffle plates, rubber industries, textile industries, etc. As a result of sustained endeavour and R&D, the company has developed "Seflon" non-stick coatings, viz., water based PTFE non-stick top coats, water based non-stick primers, solvent based coatings and high temperature resistance (HTR) for outer coatings in different colours and shades. These products are specially formulated for interior as well as exterior surface coatings for non-stick performance to possess longevity in special household and industrial products. These products have high operating temperature, extremely low coefficient of friction, good abrasion resistance, and good chemical resistance. Water based top coats have been formulated specially for use with Seflon universal primers Black BP-507, Grey GP-1 and Yellow Brown Primer YB-1. These two coat systems provide high coverage with excellent non-stick performance and longevity. The coated surface is unaffected by oils, steam, water, cooking substances and general household chemicals. These two coat systems are suitable for interior non-stick finishes of general cookware, iron sole plates, photo copies heater rollers, biscuit dies, rubber industries, textile industries, etc. Colours available: black metallic, black, grey, green, red, pewter, brown, grey metallic, kelly green, kelly green sparkle, blue, golden, silver, etc.
