The Microclean- 101 is a compact highly efficient ultrasonic cleaner developed by Oscar Ultrasonics, suitable for cleaning small and intricate parts like micro test tubes, watch parts, jewellery, orthopaedic inserts, optical lenses, surgical and dental instruments, electronic components, and other delicate precision parts and mechanisms. It consists of a generator and a stainless steel tank encased in a single cabinet. A sandwich type ultrasonic transducer is mounted at the bottom of the tank which creates ultrasonic waves in the liquid filled in the tank. This phenomenon known as Cavitation - the formation and rapid collapse of microscopic vacuum bubbles which ultimately gives scrubbing action, thus the items immersed in the liquid are cleaned quickly and easily. The Microclean is very easy to operate as it is provided with an electronic timer to set the time required for cleaning.
