Truly endless flat belts
High quality truly endless flat belts are developed by Eternal Rubber Industries using specially formulated, wear resistant polyurethane having excellent dynamic properties. The belts are supplied without any joint or splice in a truly endless form with a variety of low stretch, high strength reinforcing cords to meet a very wide range of applications of power transmission, starting from fractional horsepower and speed range 30 to 30,000 RPM. The belts are custom designed and engineered to meet the application requirements using Fiberglass, Kevlar, steel cord, high tenacity polyester or nylon cords as reinforcement. Belts are available in thickness varying from as low as 0.5 mm to up to 12 mm and widths up to 300 mm. The belts can also be supplied as truly elastic without reinforcement in a variety of cross sections such as flat, round, trapezoidal, or other special forms. Use of very flexible but tough polyurethane permits small pulley diameters without compromising belt life.
