Sai Guru Engineers offers a high vacuum Transformer Oil Filter Plant. Manufacturers and asset owners seek these for safety and to increase the life of expensive transformers. The main purpose of high vacuum transformer filter plant is to remove mainly moisture, dissolved gasses dirt particles and oxidation products from the transformer oil. These filter plants are available in the following types of mounting: 1. Indoor type - skid mounted; and trolley mounted (nylon wheels); and 2. Outdoor type - trolley mounted (jeep size tyres); and vehicle mounted. The plants are based on either of the two vacuum systems: high vacuum single stage or high vacuum two-stage system. The capacity of these plants ranges from 500 LPH to 12000 LPH. Accessories include: transformer evacuation arrangement; BDV testing kit (mounted); online PPM meter; and flow meter. The following tests are performed: break down voltage; moisture content; neutralization value; gas content; and particle size.
