Riddhi Press-IV high-speed double rotary tablet press (with pre-compression) is available in the following models: 1. 45-Station D-Tooling; 2. 55-Station B-Tooling; 3. 61-Station BB-Tooling; and 4. 75-Station BB-Tooling. Salient features include: high speed rotary tablet press for higher table output, suitable for large batch production; square design with total consideration of GMP standards; all the tablet parameters can be fine tuned during the operation of the machine from front side which are at outside the machine, having Seiko type dials; elegantly designed cabinet top of SS-304; round hoppers of SS-304 with butterfly valve; pre-compression feature; equipped with AC variable frequency drive for the main motor and force feeding motors, which enables operators to synchronise machine's speed and feed both; electromagnetic clutch arrangement; one piece turret of special grade casting with optional three piece turret with SS-304/SS-316 middle plate; lower punch seals are provided at lower punch hole in turret (optionally); helical gear ring to drive the turret; hard chrome plated, MS fabricated upper roll carriers; ball bearing type upper and lower pressure rolls; sturdy aluminium section framed, polycarbonate guards with SS hinges and handle, also fitted with gas filled shock absorbers; all guards are interlocked for safety; and auto lubrication system.
