Special features: Transpallet design turnable base plate – in Transpallet design turnable, one does not require a ramp to accomplish the difficult and labour oriented exercise of manually pushing the pallet onto the turntable nor civil foundation to install a pit in the ground. The unique design of the trans pallet baseplate enables the operator to easily insert the loaded pallet in place over the turnable by gliding the pallet truck forks into the provided grooves, thus making the operation faster, safer and un-exerting in effort. Automatic tension control – pre-stretched roll carriage system ensures film feed and control over pre-stretching by means of an inductive proximity switch and sensor curved bar through which perfect and uniform film feed is maintained/controlled via a dancing roller due to which the film feed is controlled, i.e., more film at flat surfaces and less at the corners. Thus the tension on films during wrapping is uniformly maintained.

Optional: pneumatically/mechanically operated top platen for light loads, twin turnable for higher productivity, and automatic film clamping/cutting device.
