Its features are: the armature - high temperature solder for better thermal stamina; epoxy insulation for longer life; cold rolled spline for smooth pinion movement; the drive assembly - sleeve for high accuracy and strength; special grease to withstand high temperature and speed; the solenoid - sealed design for protection against water ingress and improved reliability; and BG assembly - the brush gear assembly can withstand higher vibration and the brush grade gives longer life; smooth starting and longer life; improved reliability; and better mean time between maintenance.
