It provides a positive means for protecting and strengthening all tapped holes in all metals and their alloys - aluminium, magnesium, titanium, copper, steel as well as in plastics and other materials. It is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel/ Inconel x-750, HR503 Nimonic 90. Its advantages are: high tensile stainless steel threads; flank hardness of 43-50 RC; surface finish of 2-4 microns; dimensional accuracy to extreme limits; reduced friction between bolt and female thread flanks; greater loading for an applied torque; minimal torsional strain in the bolt; even distribution of load over all threads; greater loading capacity; maintains pre-load stretch in bolt; and overall high quality product. The other products offered are screw lock inserts and self lock nuts for easy, permanent, profitable way for production and salvage.
