Capital Tool Industries offers a range of Spline Hobs. Spline hobs for straight sided splines involute and serrations are generally manufactured in machine relieved form. Worm wheel hobs are supplied in bore and shank type, single and multi start ground form spline and worm wheel hobs can be had on request.

Capital Tool Industries is a long established company producing and exporting gear cutting tools since 1966. The range includes gear hobs up to 40 module in AA, A and B class. Spline hobs, sprocket and worm gear hobs are also manufactured in standard programme.

The range covers:

• Gear shaper cutters – spur or helical, hub, shank and deep counter bore type, special cutters for sprockets, splines, etc.
• Gear shaving cutters – conventional, diagonal and underpass up to 8 module.
• Broaches – in push or pull styles for different shapes like splines, serrations, keyway, round, etc.
• Form milling cutters like single gear cutters up to 55 module, sprocket, rack and worm type can be had on request.
