Bearing Manufacturing India (BMI Bearings), an ISO 9001 certified company, has launched E type Spherical Roller Bearings for heavy load applications in gearboxes and other critical applications. Not only the load ratings are higher by more than 30% as compared to standard steel cage there is a significant increase in the life of the bearings as well. The company now has the entire range of E design up to 130 mm bore and on special requirement can manufactured bigger sizes as well. Advantages: high load carrying capacity; low friction; and superior uptime and reliability. Apart from E type, the company also manufactures the entire range of spherical bearings in steel and brass cage as well, and offers high performance taper roller bearings with optimise raceway geometry, higher running accuracy to help improve overall performance. Advantages of BMI taper roller bearings: better gearbox reliability; reduced friction and vibration; and lower operating temperature. The company has a separate division, which caters to special bearings required in small quantity up to 600 mm OD. It also has the capability to design and develop bearings as per the application based on the load and dimensional constrains.
