Quaker Chemical’s R&D forms the basis of its leadership in metalworking fluids (machining and grinding, corrosion preventives, forming coolants, cleaners) and has resulted in products that enhance the quality of parts produced. Its proprietary ester and emulsion technology provides a foundation on which quality improvement can be accomplished at all operational levels. The use of in-house developed ester lubricant technology as a replacement for environmentally damaging EP additives produces an immediate positive impact on all machining processes. The products have the European label as environment-friendly and approval from various EHS authorities.
