Aspire Internationals offers Solid Particle Filtration System. While it is true that the concept of oil purification is not new and has existed since long in the form of filters, centrifuges, electrostatic cleaners, hydro cyclone, etc., all these technologies suffer operational and applicability limitations. Aspire systems boast of a wide range of operational applicability and are the only 'Combo Oil Purifiers’ in the world capable of removing solid particles, moisture, water and air contaminations from dirty and rejected oils deploying only one machine. Moreover, Aspire is one of the most versatile oil cleaning systems, which can be used for cleaning almost all industrial oils, of various applications and wide viscosity range (3 cst to 460 cst) to super-clean levels. The usage may be offline or online as per cleaning requirement. In the Aspire Solid Particle Filtration System, canister filters, made of special EeCe material, efficiently trap metallic dust, carbon, plastic and rubber moulding dust, lower oxidation products like sludge, rust, soot, etc. These systems ensure sub-micronic particle cleanliness (up to 0.25 microns); however they do not deplete or destroy the essential additives in the oil, which are even smaller in size. In terms of NAS levels, an Aspire installation may achieve NAS 2 for sophisticated applications. However, as the best requirement of most hydraulic systems is only between NAS 4 and NAS 6, most of the Aspire installations are designed to fulfil the same.
