Deepak Engineering Industries offers the widest range of Soft Turned Bearing Races covering all types & configurations/derivatives of rolling bearings, viz., ball / cylindrical / taper / roll - neck & back-up roll bearings for steel mills & precision class flush ground bearings. The bearings races are soft turned from double vacuum degassed high carbon – high chromium SAE 52100 steel with precisely controlled metallic; non- metallic & gaseous inclusion rating and sourced from the best primary Alloy Steel. The company has the facility to undertake the soft turning of the bearing races both conventionally & on most sophisticated CNC machines and also the coining of the bore of the inner race after CNC machining to achieve extremely close tolerance and within +/- 0.010 mm. These bearing races are manufactured as per the international standards and are high quality components, which set newer benchmarks in the bearing industry.
