Chennai Hydro-Maatics offers a smart pneumatic cylinder from Norgren. This is a fully integrated functional unit consisting of an ISO/VDMA profile magnetic cylinder, incorporating sensors, flow regulators, adjustable cushioning and a choice of 5/2 or 5/3 valve, all controlled by an integrated ASI bus or multipole connector. This integrated actuator complys with ISO 6431 and VDMA 24562 standards. The complete range is available from dia 32 to 100 mm. IP66 protected. Stroke lengths up to 1000 mm are available. One pneumatic and one electrical connection are required making design and installation costs sign significantly lower.
