Hi-Tech Machine Tools offers a Scaffolding Machine, Model TRM-24 Expo. These machines have been designed for the first time in India by using two roll thread rolling machines as a substitute for three roll thread rolling machines for rolling scaffolding machine/pipe thread rolling machine, etc. (Scaffolding props, universal jacks, screws both hollow, solid and steel forged clamps). Model TRM-24 is a 24-tonne Expo circular thread/form rolling machine based on the renowned principle of symmetrical movement of both roll shafts. A new feature, circular ground guide bars, was incorporated for enhancing the rigidity of the machine. The hydraulic system made up of standard elements ensures a continuous, steady 24-tonne expo thrust. The tilting of the shaft makes through feeding simple and easy. In addition, there is an automated centralised lubrication system, which minimises maintenance. The TRM-24 Expo machine is also used extensively for burnishing and straightening (engine valves).
