The Rubberised contact wheels are specially designed for abrasive belt Grinding machines. Contacts wheels are normally made from aluminium casting with cast iron bore. This C.I. bore retains it’s size much longer that’s it’s aluminium counterpart. These wheels are dynamically balanced for minimum vibration and longer life, Thereby ensure smooth operation. The company also offers Belt Grinding Machines, Polishing Machines, Contact Wheels, etc.
- All sizes of contact wheels are available with plain faces while some size also available with a serrated face
- Contact wheels can be re-rubberised and re-balanced after the rubberising wears out
- Special sizes can be made/rubberised on request
- Contact wheels can be made with different degrees of rubber hardness, as per job requirement
