Pharma Chem Machineries offers Rotary Bottle Washing Machines. These are suitable for washing of different sizes of glass/metal bottles from inside and outside. These bottle washing machines are completely GMP models with all contact parts in SS 304 and works on Geneva mechanism. It consists of a rotary platform with specially designed cups to accommodate any size of bottles from 50 ml. Bottles are washed internally and externally at four different stations. The unit is provided with gearbox, motor, SS pumps and SS tanks. Output can be between 75 to 100 bottles per minute with the help of variable speed pulley, and manual loading/unloading of the bottles. Each washing station is controlled by a separate solenoid valve. Machines can be supplied in MS or SS body. There is no contamination of water because of different washing nozzles. Washing sequence can be interchanged as per requirement. The tank capacity is 75 ltr for fresh/DM water and one tank is provided with heater thermostat control and hot valve for detergent/hot water, and two pumps for pressurised water jet for internal and external cleaning. Top hood, bottle platform, nozzles and all contact parts are made in SS 304 quality.
