Suyash Enterprises offers Rings. It is used for oil seals for all types of axles of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles. The range of product includes both soft and induction hardened rings. All the rings are finish machined on modern CNC machines. The outer periphery of hardened ring which comes in contact with the oil seal is induction hardened and super finished to give surface finish of 0.3 mRa to ensure leak proof sealing. Entry chamfer and smoothly rounded edges totally eliminate possibility of damage to the sealing lip of the oil seal. These features enhance oil seal life substantially and eliminate complaints of leakage from the field, saving on warrantee claims. The range of products varies from diameter 50 to 410 - outer diameter, 35 to 315 - inner diameter and thickness from 12 to 50 mm.
