How is Parson Adhesives India helping firms preferring for sustainable products and solutions?

People are the foundation of our businesses. We are committed to creating an engaging, healthy, sustainable, and welcoming workplace for all. We are committed to improving operational efficiency and lowering costs. We have concerns around attracting, motivating, and retaining employees. We are developing working plans for key areas, including supply chain, employees, and the environment.
The change in strategy not only meant that the business became more sustainable but also more efficient, delivering bottom-line benefits.
Could you please highlight on some of the “Green Engineering” solutions offered by you to your customers in the industrial sectors?
Growing concern for the environment, increasingly stringent standards for the release of chemicals into the environment, and economic competitiveness have led to more environmentally friendly approaches that have resulted in greater pollution prevention through waste reduction and efficiency maximisation.
Currently, the majority of the world’s energy is supplied through petrochemical sources, coal, and natural gas. However, the depletion of fossil fuels, increasing energy demand from various sectors, global warming, environmental pollution due to the widespread use of fossil fuels, and price fluctuations make petroleum-based energy unreliable. Therefore, it is increasingly necessary to develop renewable energy resources to replace traditional sources. We provide bonding and sealing solutions through our structural adhesives and sealants to renewable sectors.
Our UV-cured adhesives and sealants use the sun’s natural ultraviolet light to activate the bonding process, eliminating the need for solvents or other harmful chemicals. Since they do not contain VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), they are considered much less harmful and a viable eco-friendly alternative. These adhesives are commonly used in the electronics and automotive industries, where they help secure small components and parts. UV-cured adhesives offer fast bonding times and can be used on a variety of materials, including glass, metal, and plastic. They may also be used in electrical, construction, and life sciences applications.
Our solvent-free adhesives are considered a more sustainable alternative to traditional solvent-based adhesives, which release harmful VOCs into the atmosphere. Solvent-free adhesives are typically made from materials such as acrylic or epoxy, which require fewer solvents to activate the bonding process. These adhesives are also non-flammable and non-toxic, making them an excellent choice for indoor applications where air quality is a concern.
In addition to the adhesives themselves, sustainable solutions can also involve changes in application techniques and equipment. For example, switching to automated adhesive dispensing systems can help minimize waste and ensure accurate adhesive application, while also reducing the amount of labor required.
Better solutions that are safe for humans and the environment – we can count on us to reduce our carbon emissions and create more sustainable adhesives.
