Reduction Gearboxes

Reduction Gearboxes are torsionally rigid steel fabricated body designed to dampen vibrations. The double helical gears are made of En-9, 19, 24 quality steel forgings. They are duly hardened and grounded. Their amply rated bearings work efficiently at peak loads. They are fitted with double oil seals on shaft extensions. Lubrication lines are provided for the bearings and oil splash system of the gears. These gearboxes are suitable for 200 HP to 2000 HP drives, from 150 mm PCD to 600 mm PCD mills and for 50 RPM to 1000 RPM speed.
