Dimeco-Kirpekar Metal Forming Solutions offers Precision Cut to Length Line for Delicate Material. The line output reaches 20m/mn for 3 mm thick material while matching demanding requirements for surface finish and dimensions (length, flatness and squareness).
- High level of quality: length accuracy ± 0,1mm thanks to the SIEMENS servo-motor and its twin pitch control system (one on motor and one on sheet metal strip itself).
- Excellent straightening quality provided by our 1686 precision cradle straightener, fitted with 9 small diameter driven rolls.
- Powered cradle release and programmable straightening parameters.
- Perfect surface finish by using dedicated material wherever in contact with the strip.
- Additional strip protection by in-line foil coating system.
- Capacity to produce from one coil, different lengths in neither raw, without production stop nor material loss.
- User friendly HMI: the SIMOSTAR 12''graphic touch screen terminal uses operator’s language (in Cyrillic). It displays all manufacturing data such as parameterized job list, maintenance, instruction manuals.
