A4 Engineers offers Polyurethane Seals and components possessing many benefits, including non-marking, extended life, stable elasticity and resistance to splitting. When used in hydraulic applications, either internally, externally or as U-seals, this range offers many added advantages over rubber and/or fabric reinforced, such as higher working pressures, longer working life (up to 50 times), excellent abrasion resistance and much better tear strength. A4 Engineers designs and manufactures rod seals, piston seals, wipers, scrapers, and sealing systems for industrial hydraulic actuators and valves, static, reciprocating and rotary applications. These include the range from O-rings and urethane U-cups to PTFE/O-ring combinations. However, should an application require something non-standard, the company’s design and engineering team will provide a feasible solution.
