Depending on the no. of pairs required these are then again laid up to form a bunch of pairs which are bound together by polyester tape.Now these bunched pairs are sheathed by tubular sheathing of Flame Retardant compound.100 mtrs coiled paired telephone cable thus is secured by elastic threads and then packed in individual pre-printed HM bags which have specially coded numbers to identify the genuineness of the material packed in Polycab works. These 100 mtrs HM bags packing are for sale and use in Township and Housing Projects.HM bags of standard number for each size are now packed in Master Cartons which are then strapped and shrink wrapped to make them sturdy enough for storage and trans-shipment to various destinations.
