Shriman Electrical Associates Pvt. Ltd. are a leading Trader of Polycab Aluminum Armoured Cable. Solid or Stranded Aluminum conductors are insulated by XLPE or PVC compound in various colours as per the requirements of the IS for various cored cables. Then as required the no. of cores are laid up i.e. bunched together by laying process with appropriate lay length. These laid up cores are then inner sheathed with wrapped PVC tape or extruded PVC sheathing. Armouring is then done by GI round wires or strip wires wound on this inner sheath. These laid up cores duly inner sheathed and armoured are then inner sheathed with PVC/FR PVC/FRLS PVC or FRZH sheathing compound. Control Cables in 1.5sq.mm and 2.5sq.mm up to 61 cores and 2, 3 and 4 Core in sizes 4sq.mm upto 120sq.mm are manufactured in various units at Daman and Halol.
