Hi-Tech Pneumatics, a Mumbai-based manufacturer, offers pneumatic cylinders that possess seamless hard drawn pipe honed internally to 60 RC ensuring longer life of piston seals. Hard chrome plating on the external surface protects the pipe from corrosion and pitting. Piston rod is ground, hard chrome plated and micro finished for longer seal life and anti-corrosion. A selection of rod diameters is available with each bore size. Technical specifications: Bore size: 1 to 12" Stroke: up to 2 meters Pressure range: up to 10 kg/Cm2 Mountings: Standard Features: * Synthetic rubber piston seals with an extra long and rigid inner lip provide an anti-twist grip on the piston. A comparatively shorter outer lip provides minimum friction while the extra wide angled sealing edge resists edge breaking. * Extra long bronze rod bearings especially for long stroke cylinders * Cylinders above 4" bore size provided with heavy-duty cast iron end covers * Cylinders below 4" bore size provided with aluminium end covers
