Airmax Pneumatics offers a double end, double acting Pneumatic Cylinder, Model DNC/VNC. Features: hard anodised aluminium profile (square) type cylinder barrel; bore size ?32 to 100 mm; adjustable cushioning at both ends with elastomer pads; magnetic and non-magnetic cylinder; wide range of mountings as per VDMA 24562 standards; and magnetic sensor common for all sizes. Specifications: bore dia – 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 mm; cushion stroke – 21, 23, 23, 23, 28, 28 mm; standard strokes – 25, 40, 50, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500 mm; medium – compressed air filtered lubricated; working pressure – 0.5-10 bar; medium temperature – 5?~60?C; materials of construction – aluminium, brass, nitrile, steel, acetal, polyurethane; and mounting and accessories – basic cylinder, trunnion bracket, foot mounting, rod end fork, flange, rod end alinger, female clevis, rod end spherical eye, and trunnion.
