Pellet coater

Adam Fabriwerk Pvt Ltd manufactures pellet coater consisting of a conical product container with a height adjustable pipe and a specially designed air diffuser plate. The spray nozzle is mounted on the air diffuser plate. The unit is fitted with stainless steel screen to retain the pellets. The blower speed is controlled by AC frequency controller to optimise fluidisation. The unit is supplied with spraying system consisting of solution tank, peristaltic pump, piping and spray nozzle. Air preparation unit complete with HEPA filtration can be provided. Chilled water dehumidification can also be provided. The capacity range of models available is from 30 to 120 kgs.
