The Ultraseal oil separator has been developed using a wealth of experience in industrial separation. The cross flow design gives enhanced separation for maximum oil recovery and minimum oil contamination of the aqueous phase. Easily removable stainless steel basket contain the plastic disturbance media below the interphase to prevent the more viscous subnatent layer choking the upper media bed and allowing unrestricted passage of oil to the oil discharge weir. Water and oil is skimmed from the customer's system surface via the floating suction skimmer and is pumped into the separator. Size: 730 (L) x 350 (W) x 1350 mm (H). Material: stainless steel 304.
