OIL CLEANING CENTRIFUGE SYSTEM
Comprehensive Business Solutions offers Oil Cleaning Centrifuge Systems, TMPS. It is suitable for cleaning fuel oils and lube oils. It is portable, can be moved and connected to machinery oil tank requiring improved oil filtration. The cart houses as standard equipment, mainly a gear pump with high suction head, strainer, water separator, motor, centrifuge(s) and gauges in addition to several fittings such as valves, hoses, etc. Operation: High-pressure oil flows in to the centrifuge rotor assembly through passages that feed the rotor spindle. This pressure, and flow, is converted into rotational energy as the oil escapes through the rotor jet producing speed in excess of 6000 to 7000 RPM, forces on the oil in the rotating centrifuge exceed 2000 times that of gravity. This pushes dirt and wear debris against side inner wall of rotor bowl where it collects in black rubbery mass. Centrifugally cleaned oil is guided back to oil sump.
