It primarily consists of 3 stages – pre-cleaning; ultrasonic; and vapour cleaning/dying. The system exhibits features like continuous filtration, recirculation, automatic distillation, water separation, and automatic/semi-automatic material transfer system. Fume extractions and chilling plant facilities are optional. The cleaning system is custom built on turnkey basis. Vibronics Pvt Ltd was established in the year 1964, and is since delivering high end cleaning solutions like ultrasonic cleaning systems, flaw detectors and cleaning chemicals and cleaning detergents. The ultrasonic cleaning process is an effect created by the action of sound waves at high frequency, introduced into liquid cleaning medium.
