Roto Seals Industries offers Multiple spring seals RS-2007 series. These are available in both balance and unbalance configuration. The rotary unit of these seals comprises three pieces, viz, seal ring, multiple springs and compression ring. All components are held together with drive lugs. Efficient cleaning of accumulations around spring when used in dirty fluids (normally the special feature of the single coil spring design) is achieved by the exposed design. These seals are not affected by the direction of shaft rotation. Operating limits: shaft diameter - 1/2" to 6"; pressure - unbalanced 10 bar, balanced 35 bar; speed - up to 4500 RPM; temperature - -50?C to +300?C; and face material - carbon, ceramic (99.5%), silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, stellite.
